Called to preach at the
age of 19 in Dallas, Texas, J.C. "Jay" Hibbard, Jr. has been bringing the
message of salvation and grace to crowds of hungry souls for over 50
years. "Where the souls of men are refreshed" has been
a phrase that describes his message and the mission of his congregation at
Covenant Fellowship Church, which he established in 1961 in Oklahoma, City
and continues to pastor today.
A dynamic ministry of faith,
healing, evangelism and deliverance, Jay Hibbard is anointed to set the
hearts of captive men and women free, and teach the refreshing Gospel
message to those hungry for power and authority in their everyday lives.
His messages of the "Gospel of the Kingdom" and the "Seven
Sheddings of the Blood of Christ" have been ahead of their time
and have been received by tens of thousands of men and women. As a
70+ year old "covenant" man, Jay Hibbard is far from retirement. In
fact, as he rolls out another phase of his ministry, he does so in
complete health - spirit, soul and body - and with a powerful
equipping by the Holy Spirit for teaching the Gospel to the 21st century
Church. His mission is clear for these critical times - to deliver
the good news of the Kingdom to those thirsting for a deeper knowledge of
God, and to unify and strengthen the body of Christ with the enduring
message of the love of God in action.

the late 1970's and early 1980's. During that time, his
passion for the Jewish people led him to an opportunity to
define the Balfour Agreement, or the "Historic
Law of Return", which was tried and upheld in the Supreme
Court of Israel. The court decision ruled that a Jew is
a Jew by birth, not religion. As a result, a Jew can no
longer be deported from Israel for accepting Christ. |
